Guided excursion to nearby game reserve
Only 45 minutes’ drive north of our safari lodge you will find one of the most beautiful privately owned game parks in the region. This game park offers an abundance of game species in their natural habitat, and it is rivalled in game diversity by very few areas in all of Africa. The reserve is normally closed to the public but due to our close relations to the owner we are able to offer exclusive game drives in the reserve with excellent possibilities of viewing rhino, giraffe, buffalo, sable antelopes and many other interesting species. A game drive through the reserve normally takes around three hours. A very experienced and knowledgeable park ranger will be your guide on the game drive.
This half-day tour includes:
Just after breakfast, departure from the lodge.
Company of your private guide from Side by Side Safaris.
Transport to and from the game reserve
A 3-hour guided tour around in the game reserve in open safari vehicles.
Around midday we will have lunch in the nearest town" Somerset East " at the local pub" Somerset on Main ". Lunch is enjoyed on the open-air outdoor deck of the pub, high above the main street.

Price for 2 persons: 400 Euro
If more than 2 people, the price is then: 80 Euro per person
