If you stay at the 4-star River lodge, you will have the opportunity to hunt 30 different game species on your safari. You have the opportunity to upgrade with night hunting and big game hunting.

Side by Side Safaris' newly established 4-star safari lodge offers superb quality and comfort at affordable prices. As soon as you step into one of the cozy guest rooms you feel right at home. The lodge has a maximum capacity of 10 guests housed in four rooms, each equipped with private toilet and shower. Two of the rooms, furthermore, are equipped with an open fireplace. All rooms have access to a large terrace situated right next to a rocky riverbed with an open spring that attracts a variety of animals that come to drink. In rainy periods, the otherwise dry river bed carries a lot of water but that only enhances the spectacular view of the mountainous landscape typical for the Klipplaat grounds.

The lapa – the central building of the lodge – features an open fireplace and a bar well stocked with wines as well as a variety of alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks. Most meals are served in the lapa. When the weather is suitable for it, dinner is served on the terrace – at poolside or in the shade of the thatched roof.
