This is a full-day experience filled with adventure. After breakfast at Side by Side Safaris Lodge, you will be picked up at the lodge by a skilled South African guide (English-speaking), who will be your host during the drive to the park. After approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes of driving, you will arrive at one of South Africa’s most species-rich parks.

The park is privately owned, and we are able to offer our guests entry several hours before the park officially opens to other international visitors. This means that, as a guest, you will enjoy a VIP experience around the park.

There is an opportunity to experience wildlife species such as elephants, lions, hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, rhinos, giraffes, zebras, warthogs, nyala, wildebeest, and more.

The tour around the park takes place in specially built open safari vehicles. During the drive, your guide will share information about the park’s history and wildlife. Lunch in the park can be enjoyed in one of the predator-secured picnic areas. Lunch typically consists of a fresh salad combined with various meats grilled over an open fire.

After the visit to the park, your local guide will drive you back to Side by Side Safaris Lodge.
